Yay Saturday! I went to Old Navy today to buy a pair of shorts. Size 12!! Pretty awesome. I bought a pair of 10s as well. Hopefully summer will last long enough to get to wear them, eh?

I am not a VSGr. I figured I would share anyway. Awesome on the size 12s it feel so good. Post pictures of you in your dress.
B:Ham wit some cottage cheese
L:Taco salad with chicken
D: Filet mignon and some broccoli. Both of my kids wanted a home cooked meal. It feel so good to have them both home.
S:Cheese stick and a yogurt at some point in the day if I need it.
Vitamins are on track. Exercise was shopping with my daughter parking far out in the parking lots. I also did the stairs up and down a few times.

Happy Saturday! My menu is a little weird today because I did a 10K this morning which meant I had to be up really early and make some changes with what I ate/drank and when.
B: Protein Shake, Lite Starbucks Vanilla Frap, 1/2 egg mcmuffin innards (this was spread out over multiple hours)
L: 2 oz shredded buffalo chicken wrapped a low carb mission tortilla & pickle slices
D: same as lunch
S: Beef Jerky
W&V: On Track
E: Walked 10K this morning. Woo Hoo! This was one of the goals I set for myself pre-surgery. I'm pretty excited that I did it today.
Where are the post-race bananas?!

breakfast: steak & a duck egg with harissa sauce
lunch: on the road, had some beef jerky and a small apple
dinner: scallops and artichoke hearts
snacks: protein shake, half a pear, almonds, roast seaweed
Breakfast - meatballs and parmesan cheese
Lunh1 -enchilada casserole
lunch2 - buffalo chicken casserole with wheat thins
dinner - chicken in spicy peanut sauce and cauliflower in cheese sauce
vitamins - on hold due to upcoming plastic surgery

exercise - I'm back on track with the recumbent bike. I got off this week due to an effort to do interval training. I found the interval training so unpleasant that I stopped exercising altogether! I didn't intend to. It was subconscious. I am back on track now back to my old routine.

B - 8oz fairlife 2% milk and a scoop of About Time Chocolate protein powder
L - 3oz cottage cheese
D - 3oz ricotta topped with 1tbsp pureed stewed tomatoes and 1tbsp fresh mozzarella
W - 64oz done, working on reaching 80oz by tonight
V - multi and b12 done, not starting calcium until next week since all I have are bariatric softchews.
E - walked as much as I could this morning at a dog event, and scrubbed the bathroom when I got home.
