It is another great weather day here today. I'm looking forward to being outside and walking later. 

B: Protein Shake

L: TJ's Chicken Asada & green beans

D: Hatch Chili Chicken Sausage & green beans

S: Protein Powder

W&V: Not yet will start when done with my protein shake

E: Walking later today and hopefully a yoga class too

Its just a normal day here, which should help me. Our dog kept me up most of the night so I am not feeling the best. Having a dog is like having a little kid except they don't ever grow up.

 

B: Coffee, Kashi Go Lean Crisp, 1% milk

L: Chicken salad, Quinoa and Black Bean Salad

S; Yoplait Greek Yogurt

D; left over roast beef spinach

E: Maybe some weigh work, otherwise daily activity.

V: Behind on calcium, otherwise on track.

W: On track

D: Tuna, light mayo and Rycrisp cracker

S: Muscle Milk Protein Shake with scoops of fiber and Metamucil

I use the P3 packs when I am out and about over meal times. I know that I could make them myself but it's easy and convenient. I like them.

Trying to talk myself out of exercising, but when I read these replies, it gives me motivation!

Good for you for walking a mile! I find that it really helps clear my head. I definitely don't always want to walk but I can absolutely tell the difference in my mental state on the days that I do.
