Its just a normal day here, which should help me. Our dog kept me up most of the night so I am not feeling the best. Having a dog is like having a little kid except they don't ever grow up.
B: Coffee, Kashi Go Lean Crisp, 1% milk
L: Chicken salad, Quinoa and Black Bean Salad
S; Yoplait Greek Yogurt
D; left over roast beef spinach
E: Maybe some weigh work, otherwise daily activity.
