HELP. How do you update your traker with how much you have lost

I only see edit but it seems it would change and not update but hey I may be wrong.

Go to MY OH - Health Tracker - and update your current weight.  If you made a ticker it will automatically update.  Sometimes it doesn't update right away you gotta give it a few minutes.
