Happy Monday everyone. I didn't do my normal meal planning last night and now I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to eat today. Sigh. I know better.
B: 2 Ham, Cheese and Onion egg bites
S: Protein Shake
L: 2 oz shredded buffalo chicken, pickle slices and low carb tortilla
D: 2 oz pulled pork and some veggie or fruit
S: Protein Shake
W&V: a little behind on water
E: Easy walk at lunch and I have a fitness class this evening

I'm trying hard to get back on track. I've let things slide the past week.
B: leftover prime rib
L: leftover turkey, a couple bites of mashed potatoes, and gravy
D: probably leftover mango chicken stirfry
W: on track (I was really bad about drinking water over the weekend!)
V: on track
E: strength training exercises this evening
B: half a bagel cored out, toasted with neifchatel cheese
S: banana
L: went to food cafe at wegmans.... bitesize piece of lemon chicken, mexican beef, guac, bite of springroll
S: animal crackers
D: leftover ham and/or maybe 1 stuffed shell
V: YES
L: sipping
E: nothing formal today - I'm flying on my fitbit this week tho!

Wegmans started right near me. They are like the best grocery store there is in my opinion.
B: Decaf with 1/3 C Carbmaster Milk, Lite and Fit Yogurt, 1 oz almonds
L: 2 slices Very Thin Wheat with 2 oz homemade chicken salad (ate 2/3)
D: Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce
S: Protein bar or shake (trying to maintain protein at 80-90 daily, as I'm only 2 months post-op).
W: on track
E: Recumbent bike or walking with my girl this evening after school

S: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogart. (I may add a few walnuts)

E: Really struggling!
B - soft scrambled egg with half and half and 1/4 slice of cheese (couldn't finish, dogs ate about 1/4)
L - 4tbsp refried beans and another 1/4 slice of cheese
D - probably yogurt?
W - 50oz down, going to try to make at least 80oz
V - multi + b12 done, starting calcium wednesday
E - walked dogs, ran errands and took all the stairs I could find
Breakfast - crack slaw and broccoli slaw
lunch - thai peanut butter chicken
dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins
snack - I finished that pumpkin pie from Easter dinner... sigh
water - good

exercise - recumbent bike and weight training
