I am schedule for surgery on Wednesday April 8th.  My seasonal allergies have kicked in.  I'm fighting them, but what if I'm still stuffed up on Wednesday.  Will the still do surgery?

You'll have no problem, you'll be intabated during surgery,

And actually you should call your surgeon and see if you can take over the counter

like Claritin or Zyrtec..

should be no problem unless you have a lot of chest congestion

Mine were acting up as well. I get shots and use a nasal spray both of which are allowed. BUT, hospital air is highly filtered and you may find you feel better in that environment. And after surgery the allergies seemed  not to be an issue.

I take Zyrtec and singulair daily for my allergies but I still got a full blown sinus infection the week before surgery. I asked my surgeon and he gave me a z pack the week before my surgery.
