S: Don't know, Yogurt or Edemame or Hummus chips.

I'm in PA all week this week.  Lunches will mainly be at the hospital cafeteria, so I don't have a lot of options.  I suspect lots of deli meat.  

1: frankenshake
2: innards of a roast beef sandwich
2.1: nuts, cheese sticks
3: chili, salad, a few pieces of pineapple, a few cheeze-its

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

Vacation days aren't supposed to be this busy :)

D: 1 1/2 oz Buffalo Burger and 1 slice cheese

S: Beef Jerky

W&V: Done
