i have not lost any weight in 2 months!  Ive been pretty much at the same weight since February struggling up and down the same pound for 2 months!  Wednesday will be my one year surgiversary and im very happy with how far ive come but still want to hit by goal of weighing 120-125. I dont think that goal for me is unrealistic but I'm so trustrated.  Grrrrrr. Just venting since I'm sure someone gets me on here!

the last few lb are the hardest to loss and if you don't get to goal but are 6 lb over goal it will not end the world

you are doing great , stay on plan , you could try to cut cal or increase exercise as long as you burn more cal than you eat you will lose weight  be patient

How many calories are you eating? If your weight is staying stable, you may have hit your maintenance point. Weigh, measure, and track to see where you're realistically at.

"5 day pouch test" is nothing more than a fad diet, just like the ones so many of us have tried before surgery.

^^^ What Julie said.  I think it's counterproductive to resort to fad diets just to "maybe" drop a pound.  Are you weighing/measuring everything you eat?  Do you log what you eat using an app like My Fitness Pal?  Sometimes calories will creep up on us over time and we don't realize how many we're consuming.  Tracking your food will give you an idea and maybe motivate you to make some changes.

I understand that it is more difficult the closer you are to goal, but it's not impossible.  Back to basics, that's the rule of thumb.  Good luck

I am in the same boat! I am 4 pounds away from goal and it's going soooo slow! I've lost 1 pound this month. I'm glad I read this thread and will follow advice given to you. Up the protein and water, down the carbs! Good luck!
