Seeking Bariatric Surgeon for Gastric Sleeve

Seeking self pay discounted surgery package in the US for Gastric Sleeve procedure. I am 5'2 and have a BMI of 33 and the insurance company will not cover the weight loss surgery. I was self pay and at first was looking within the US for doctors.  I know that there was a doctor in Charlotte NC that did the sleeve for $11500.00 and I want to say it was this one, but I am not sure:

I know there are some doctors in Texas that do it for around $10000.00, but I can't remember where or who, so check around the web,  That's how I found them.  I ended up in Mexico though, as they are so much cheaper.
