I feel stuck in my weight loss... I am so close to being under 200 lbs, I think thats where the frustration comes in. Not sure if it's coinsidence or not, but since I had my gallbladder removed (with complications) I have only lost 5 lbs in 2 months!! I'm still losing, so thats good.. But I still have so much more to go...

I have made some adjustments and I hope that helps out..

ETA: I am currently at 204 lbs (started at 358 lbs) I have lost 154 lbs!! : ) and I have 54 lbs to loose still.. (Dr. says 64 lbs more)

Trust me, when I was right outside of wonderland my weight loss stalled and slowed to a crawl. I think it comes with the territory! As long as you are doing everything you're supposed to and not eating lots of bad stuff just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there!  I think I lose about 5lbs/mo since I hit 210 lbs.

Same Boat.

Ive been stuck at 218 for weeks. Finally FINALLY yesterday it went to 217.... Thing is... my Wedding is in two months!!! I did not need this stall in weight loss right now.

Also, my hair is falling out. Did you have any trouble with hair loss?

I noticed we both went to Mexicali! I love that team :)

Keep going sister! you'll get through this stall. ;)

I'm 15 months out and it's a struggle and frustrating not to lose the large amount of weight per month that I was used to.  It seems like I just can't get the scale to move even when I eat right on program.  Sigh.  I was happy to finally break into the teens and then BOOM - stall.

I tell myself that the scale IS moving downward, albeit slowly.  If it takes me another two years  I'll keep working at it.  I know that what I'm eating now is how I'll eat for the rest of my life.  It's not bad.  I actually enjoy it.  I avoid processed foods and my body feels healthier eating properly.

I am almost 12 months out and I am stuck In fact going back up a little on the scale. I know my eating has not been the greatest. I'm finding it hard to stick with a plan that works for me. Would you mind telling me what you eat? How many calories? Are you counting calories? Are you eating low carb?

I usually post what I eat on the "Whatcha Eating Today" thread.

I aim for between 800-900 calories a day. I track everything I eat on MFP.  I try to keep carbs around 40 grams per day.  When I follow this, the scale moves.

I'm with you as I feel like I've been battling with the same 2-3 lbs for a few weeks. Today, I'm 8 weeks out. I eat what I am suppose to,& stay away from potatoes, rice, & pasta (I do have an occasional slice of PF Very Thin 100% whole wheat bread toasted at breakfast). I weigh/measure & record everything & get in as much fluids as I can (still under 64 oz) but can't seem to get that scale moving in the right direction. There have been many NSV's & those are the things that keep me motivated.

It sounds like you're doing great and will continue to do so. Please let us know what adjustments you have made & if they're working for you. I have every confidence that you will see that "magic number!"

When I hit 200 lbs I stayed there for 2 weeks. its like my body knew how bad I wanted to go under 200 and it was messing with my mind. Once I finally went under 200, I lost 5 lbs in 3 days. Of course, I haven't lost anymore and its been a week now. its so crazy how this weight loss thing works.

I totally had a stall right before 199.  It sucked!  Stick to your plan.. slow and steady wins the race.. it's a marathon not a sprint.. etc etc :)
