Heprin injections after surgery? Where did you inject?

I was under the impression it was belly specific. 

I can sympathize. I have had to be on them for 30 days due to history of blood clots, only 5 days left Woohoo !!!!  I was told the stomach is the best place to inject and try to stay at least 3 inches from belly button and incision sites. Don't rub the spot after injection it will cause bruising. Good-Luck you can do it :-) P.S. I found my lower belly was the least uncomfortable spot.
