I haven't started one of these in quite a while!  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna pouch, popcorn at the movies
2.1: cheese stick
3: burger, a few fries

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (morning stretches for back pain)

B: large iced coffee with vanilla protein powder

L: Greek yogurt spinach artichoke dip, 5 slices turkey breast

D: one meatball and sauce, small salad with shredded carrots, feta, cheddar, sauteed onion and asparagus, red onion and balsamic dressing

S: canned buffalo chicken with shredded cheese and 1 tbs neufchatel cheese

W: diet sprite, diet coke, 32oz water, multiple iced coffees :-P

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch1- pulled pork

Lunch 2 - enchilada casserole - yum

Dinner - eating at a friends.  I'm bringing a salad, and I know there will be birthday cake. (smile)

B. 1 egg ham and cheese omlet and 2 slices of bacon. 

L. 1 slice liverwurst and 1 slice whole grain bread  

D. Sausage parmesan
