3: burger, a few fries
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (morning stretches for back pain)

L: Greek yogurt spinach artichoke dip, 5 slices turkey breast
D: one meatball and sauce, small salad with shredded carrots, feta, cheddar, sauteed onion and asparagus, red onion and balsamic dressing
S: canned buffalo chicken with shredded cheese and 1 tbs neufchatel cheese
W: diet sprite, diet coke, 32oz water, multiple iced coffees :-P

Lunch 2 - enchilada casserole - yum
Dinner - eating at a friends. I'm bringing a salad, and I know there will be birthday cake. (smile)
