Loose Skin and Excercise

I am 6 months out and my highest weight was 322.  I am now at 215 and startig to excercise.  I attempted to do some jumping jacks and the loose skin flopping all over the place was just a bit too much to bear  (LOL).  I know they make athletic bras for women, but is there anything to help hold everything in place for men?

Compression gear might help.  My preferred brand is Under Armour.

Compression tanks and t-shirts might be what you need.  There are different brands, styles and price points.  I know Walmart sells them online and so does Amazon.

I can't run without tight pants.  I don't have much loose skin anymore (post plastics) but I don't like the jiggle feeling at all.  If you don't like the super tight look you can always throw some shorts or sweats on over the compression pants.   Old navy has some good stuff at reasonable prices.

Check out Spanx for men. I purchased one of their t shirts and works well.
