Do you track what you're eating using an app like My Fitness Pal?  Do you weigh or measure everything you eat?

It's very odd to have a three month stall unless you're eating more calories than you are aware of.  Can you maybe post what you eat in an average day?

Thank you

Are you weighing and measuring your portions?  It seems to me that you're eating larger portions than I can even now.

Started using My Fitness Pal yesterday and was getting 1200-1400 calories per day..

Wow!! no wonder.. thanks for the insight...

B-1- 2 scrambled eggs with 1 piece of Turkey Sausage, or 2 pieces of turkey bacon (cooked with Pam spray)

L- 3-5 oz. lean dense meat with veggies.. These are the veggies I may eat.....(NOT AT THE SAME TIME) (1/2 baked pot., sometimes broccoli, or a salad 1/2 cup) or sometimes...green beans, cabbage, turnip greens or pintos, or collards

I try to have one meat and 2 veggies per meal. Lunch and dinner

S- 12 Turkey mini bites (protein)

D- 3-4 oz. lean protein- and 2 veggies 1/2 cup each

S- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, or turkey bites

Lemon water 64 oz. and 1 cup decaff coffee w/ 1 tsp. honey..

NO BREAD,PASTA,RICE,

Hope this helps you to understand me more???

Ditch the 1/2 potato.  Half a medium potato has 19 carbs.  The honey isn't a good idea either.  You think "oh, it's just a little bit," but lots of "little bits" accumulate and affect your weight loss.

Salad isn't the best choice for a vegetable.  It's not very filling and has almost zero nutritional value.  People tend to use too much dressing on their salads whi*****reases their calorie totals.  I only eat one vegetable with my protein because I don't have room for more.

Are you talking about pinto beans when you say "pintos?"  It's not a vegetable.  I'm not sure what a Turkey Bite is.

Green leafy vegetables are great.  I eat a lot of green beans, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts because I love them.  If I'm hungry, I will snack on pickles or carrots.  A small portion fills me up quickly.

I'm so glad that you decided to look at what you're eating using MFP.  It's a great tool to keep you aware of what you're putting into your body.  Counting calories used to be very tedious, but using MFP which can scan bar codes makes it very easy to track everything you eat.  You can even put recipes in and calculate the calories per portion.  It's a great little tool.

I hope this helps you to get back on track.  I want to see everyone reach their goal, including me

You have gotten a lot of good advice. According to what you posted, you are eating too much. If you really want to lose more you have to measure your portions and cut back to 800 calories a day. I can eat a TON, but choose not to. You need to do the same or not only will you stop losing, you will gain back every pound you already lost.

You have posted asking for advice several times. If you keep asking for advice and refuse to follow it, what is the point???

The mental part is the hardest.
