I will be having surgery on the 10th of April, and start my pre op diet on Thursday.... I think the liquid diet scares me more than the surgery LOL.... Words of wisdom???

Just know that the liquid diet is probably one of the worst things you will go through, but it will get better.

Yay for you! The liquid diet was the MOST DIFFICULT part of the process for me....but in hindsight, it was one of the most important things because it hit a "reset" button on cravings :)

My surgery date is April 8 (got it today). I start my diet tomorrow and I'm terrified. My husband had 1 day of liquid diet before his surgery. I know after the surgery will be a breeze compared to the next 2 weeks. UGGGGHHHH!
