My partner, who believes in me unconditionally, believes I can run a 10k with a 90 minute course limit at the end of October.  So I bought a Garmin Vivoactive today so that I can actually see my pace while I'm running.  I've been putting off getting a GPS running watch, but now I have one.  Yay rah.

I'm still in PA with my parents.  This is a short week here, though.  So yay again.

1: frankenshake
2: leftover quiche, cheese rollup
3: meatloaf, green beans, a few pieces of pineapple

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45 minutes fitness class (balance and motion)

That's a great goal, Gwen! I'm excited to hear your progress over the next few months.

I'm only 5 days post-op so all I had was veggie broth, premier strawberry and cream and vanilla protein drinks.  Boring can't wait to get to pureed stage.
