I had sleeve surgery on 3-23-15 bleeding

i have had horrible gas or heartburn pain but just went to bathroom and I had quite abit of blood when I wiped is this normal

unless it is your time of the month,then no it is totally not normal. You should 

call your surgeon right away.

I just talked to my dr and he said that couldn't be related to my surgery 

is it vaginal or rectal?

My period arrived unannounced a couple of days after surgery. I hadn't had one for 14 years before as I have a Mirena which did stop my periods. Until my VSG. I called my surgeon thinking that I was bleeding from my bladder. Didn't even occur to me that it could be my period. Now I have regular periods. Still have my Mirena. Go figure.

Same exact thing happened to me. 

LOL we are all unique but the same things keep happening to all of us as to others. Its so funny! 

my hemerodes bled when I was o full liquids(luck it was only a few weeks ) I had diarrhea the whole time , Imodium helped 

 and I was on blood thinners for 1 month( I have a clotting disorder )

 getting your period is a common thing after surgery , and fast weight lose can mess up your cycle , to many periods or missing periods

 I is coursed by hormones being released from being stored in your fat

do not trust any type of hormonal birth control, while in the weight lose phase most  doctors want you to use 2 forms of birth control and not to get pregnant for 1 1/2 -2 years 

I've heard of this ... the surgery messes with your hormones and our cycles! ! :-)
