Today was my last appointment before surgery! I start my Pre Op diet April 4th and have my surgery on the 21st. My Pre Op diet is 3 protein shakes, 2 (300-350 cal.) Meals, and two cups of veggies a day. Totally doable! My Birthday is July 22 and my goal is to be down 40 lbs, so excited!

just follow you surgeon instructions and all will go great

that is a pretty easy pre op diet

40 lb should be doable , but if you don't make it don't worry these things can't be planed the weight will come off it is a marathon not a sprint

Yes I thought my pre op diet was pretty good. My doc didn't give me any goals but I thought I would! But I will try and not be discourged if I don't meet it!

Thanks
