Ugh -- I have been sick for DAYS! now. I'm really sick of it. That combined w/ snow during the commute I am working / resting from home today. I'm going to try to keep the menu similar to a workday menu rather than taking advantage of the kitchen access.

Stacy, sure hope you feel better soon. Central Texas weather is wonderful today. 75 degrees and sunny! I am going to do my exercise outside today.

We had an amazing weekend. We went to Denver (about 6 hour drive) to see Garth Brooks in concert! We also ate amazing food, so I was surprised this morning when I had actually lost a half a pound over the weekend. I didn't eat much, but I ate a few things that I wouldn't normally. But, it was awesome and worth it!!

W: behind because I left my water bottle in the car and didn't notice until I was very thirsty.
V: on track. I was taking them all in the morning but I learned that magnesium can help a person sleep, so I'm taking it and calcium at night now.
E: I'll do that this evening. A walk with the family and hopefully my husband is going to join me with push ups, sit ups and some other exercises.
