8 Weeks Post-Op Today!
Eight weeks ago today, I had my VSG Surgery. I have lost 50.4 pounds as of today, 19.8 Pre-Op and 30.6 Post-Op. I lost 3.6 pounds this past week. FitBit tells me I have lost 43% of my excess weight! I was especially excited this morning to see the scale hit the 50 pounds lost mark! Woo Hoo! As excited as I am about the scale's number, I have more NSVs to add to my growing list:
-Can comfortable cross my legs…I can't remember the last time I did that!
-Down a third size of jeans (And this pair has a zipper and is not a full elastic waist!).
-Fit into a cute belt that I haven't worn in years!
I want to encourage those of you who are hitting the 3-4 week stall, the weight does start going again, and keeps going! :-)

Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration! You're doing great. Can't wait to cross my legs easily and be comfortable! I'm 3wks out as of tomorrow. I haven't lost anything in over a week so I'm glad to hear it's going to keep going. I am following my plan but am excited to seeing that scale move again.
