Happy Sunday everyone. Today is my day to do chores around the house. I always like the results of all of the cleaning even if I don't necessarily enjoy the cleaning itself ;)

It's not my most favorite as its not as spicy as I like but the Oregan sugar free chai mix with almond milk has been my go to for now. I've really got to put more effort in to finding a nice spicy but sweet bag chai I can use.
I wish I was as good at planning out my meals - usually one is planned as its a family meal :)

exercise - recumbent bike if my knee will take it. I fell on the ice last night and hurt my knee.

It has been a VERY busy week/weekend! My Mom turned 65 Friday and she has had a very special weekend! I plan on spending the rest of my Sunday relaxing and watching basketball!

E: helped my sister get a big mattress and box spring from someone, tied it to the top of her truck, got them into her house.
