Pizza egg bites are basically little egg quiches made in mini-muffin pans. Eggface's Blog has a ton of different options for egg bites. Pretty much any flavor you are craving she has come up with something to satisfy. I highly recommend checking out her site!

This morning there was about an inch of snow on the ground and it was snowing when I woke up. But I geared up and I ran. Why? Because I wanted to see if I could. And I could! I did! I AM AMAZING. I feel like the best me I have ever been. It took me about 60 minutes to run a 5k, but I don't even care because hills, weather, and fatigue from running and bodypump the day before. I am amazing. Exercise is really the only thing keeping me sane right now.
Sadly, I don't get to drive home tonight as intended due to the weather and timing - my dad and I were in the city until a bit after 5pm and, after driving an hour back to their house in the nasty weather, I didn't think I'd be safe for another 3 hours behind the wheel in the dark and gross. I really need home right now. I'll be getting up around 7 tomorrow so I can hit the road bright and early.
