Grilled chicken salad?
Hehe, agreed on the waste of space! I'm not looking to try to fill up on it like I attempted to in pre-op days, just have a little something to crunch on with my meal instead of just a plate of meat, for texture. In my mind, I'm going to take the typical ratio of greens to meat in a salad and flip it- mostly meat with a few greens thrown in.
Getting in protein has been tough since I wasn't tolerating protein shakes at all the first month (tummy issues)- but I've had better luck with some of the RTD ones I've tried which has helped a lot. I'm between 75-80 grams most days, hope to be able to increase that with time.
