Congrats - that's amazing. :) I'm curious - if you feel like sharing, what has your eating been like post-op? Are you focusing on calories, carbs, protein, fat...? What's your average intake daily? Are you exercising regularly? Just wondering what exact kind of work went into that much weight loss that fast. :)

Thank you so much, I am one of the "lucky" ones that after not being able to live without carbs now I can't stand them! So nothing but protein and veggies for me. If I eat carbs I end up feeling chocked up and feel like I have to throw it up (sorry for being so graphic) specially rice. Cheeses are my favorite thing hardboiled eggs, beans, nuts if I wanna snack, as far as meats go I can't eat more than 3oz at a time and it has to be chewed up really well if not it will not sit right. As far as exercise goes, my doctor just gave me the clearance after my 3 month visit because of high blood pressure problems I had which I no longer have. I do 30 minutes on a stationary bike every other day with a few reps weight lifting. I also walk as much as I can. My total intake calories are 600-800 per day average. I guess I also have a fast metabolism. Hope this helps.
