Happy Tuesday Everyone :)

It is sunny here in Chicago, but back to being cold... oh well.  What's on the menu today?

b - chike

s - coffee

l - meatloaf & peas

s - apple, string cheese, yogurt w/ strawberries

d - more meatloaf prob

s - orange & peanuts

e - 45 minutes of randomness in the gym - treadmill, lifting, yoga.  I wasn't feeling it, but ended up being there for 45 mins so coolio.  I might go out for a nice walk this afternoon w/ my pup if I can escape the office at a reasonable hour.  

w - on track

B: yogurt and granola

L: mozzarella, proscuitto and basil roll with Wheat Thins

D: Probably left over pot roast, possibly on half a tortilla.

W: on track... I'm trying to drink more

e: I didn't exercise this morning because I couldn't sleep last night and I just couldn't get out of bed at 4:45.  Hopefully I'll be able to do something tonight.

4:45 sounds like a terrible time to get out of bed even if you DID get sleep. As you might have guessed, I am NOT a morning person.

Having a hungry day but just checked my lose-it app and realized I didn't eat something i had logged in so I'm not so bad off as i had thought!  yeah!

B:  steel cut oats

S:  banana, 16 animal crackers

L:  lentil soup, shrimp summer roll

D  1/2 burger on a hollowed out brioche roll

S:  berry cobbler (homemade)

E: WILL walk at lunch, maybe zumba tonight

V:  not yet

Hey Stacy! Sorry about the cold; I am very ready for spring and summer.

B2: 2 Pizza egg bites

L: Sloppy Joe (no bun)

S: Cheese Stick

D: 1/2 TJ's Chili Lime Chicken burger w/ slice of cheese

S: Protein Shake

W: a little behind on water. I will work on catching up this afternoon

V: On track

Sorry for the late response. Eggface's Blog has a bunch of recipes for various egg bites. They are great for breakfast or quick and easy snacks. She has suggestions for just about every flavor craving.

My goal today is to not snack.  Being with my dad is hard since he shoves food into his mouth all freaking day.  

1: frankenshake
2: deli chicken, cheese stick
3: omelet with ham, cheese, and mushrooms, potatoes

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 43:26 5k training for a total of 2.18 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
