Well not really lol. BUT even though I haven't lost anything (and even gained two pounds) in a week....I know I am losing inches. I normally wear a tight 24. I just tried on a pair of 20s and they BUTTONED AND ZIPPED. I was just so excited I had to share

That's the fantastic benefit of stalls - you may not lose "weight" but you definitely lose "fat".  And that's really the point, right?

After the first few weeks, you won't necessarily losing so rapidly. A week with no change is common; a "stall" is 3+ weeks with no loss.

That is so awesome!!! I too have had many stalls but continue to lose inches. I think losing weight slow is much better than rapid weight loss. Watch Dr. Alvarez's video on stalls. Keep up the good work!!
