I made a boiled dinner today since I'll be at work tomorrow. It's not traditional Irish food, but it was tradition in my family! Each year my parents made a big ham and boiled dinner of cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onion. I made my own miniature version with a corned beef brisket simmer on low for over 3 hours until it fell apart. Then I dropped some carrots, a large potato, 1/2 cabbage, and two onions into the flavored water. My husband doesn't care for it, but I LOVE it.

How bad would it be to drink the cooking juices?? I am seriously contemplating it LOL.

B: one egg scrambled with leftover roasted veggies, leftover sliced sirloin steak, and a slice of cheese

S: large iced coffee with cream and sweet n low

L: 2oz corned beef, few bites of boiled veggies

S: Strawberry kiwi Syntrax nectar

D: corned beef! boiled veggies

S: maybe a Dannon light n fit Greek yogurt if I'm hungry

W: I've been chugging today. Had about 64 ounces of water, 30 ounces of coffee, some diet soda. Plenty more water to come!

V: need a multivitamin and calcium
