Thanks for getting me ready for the 3 week stall. I got on the scale for my weekly weigh in and the scale had not moved. After reading all the post about the stall I didn't get down on myself. I'm just looking forward to moving on with this week and being released for full exercise.

Things can be a lot easier when you know what's coming. We often like to think we are different, and special, but we are very much alike for the most part. We all go through the same crap.
But this is a special day! Someone finally did some reading, and actually paid attention! Now I've seen everything.

I was thinking the same thing. I actually saw a gain this morning. If I hadn't read that it was possible I'm sure I would have freaked out. It is just hard to think you are taking so little in and can not lose and even gain lol.
