Dumb question about portions

It's going to be practically impossible for you to get all your protein in if you only eat 3 meals a day...unless you do protein shakes in between. So if you're cutting out protein shakes entirely at this early point (and I would be questioning "why" so early because they are an excellent source of protein that's quickly absorbed by your body) you'll probably need to insert two small snacks.
Personally, I eat 5 times a day to keep my blood sugar stable now that I don't take diabetes meds. I just make sure that I track all my food and get my protein/carbs for the day.
my plan was three 1/4c meals each day with 2-3 small snacks.

my protein goal was 65g+ per day. My calories at that point were usually under 600, then 600-800 by 3m out.
