Sharshar, just wanted to share what I've been doing that works better than Miralax. I too tried Miralax without good success. Then a friend turned me on to Arbonne Essentials Fiber Boost. All I can say is OMG! I put 1 scoop in my daily protein shake and I now have a BM every day if not 2! I buy it on amazon.com = $35. Good luck and you're looking great, be happy, life is good.
