Coconu****er
1 can coconu****er (355ml/about a cup and a half=70 cal,16g carb, 1g protein), 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of fresh pineapple, SF orange flavor, splash of coconut extract, whiz up in blender tastes wonderful but good for me??? Any thoughts??I am still on liquid phase with cream soups and protein drinks, juice etc.
My plan requires me to avoid liquid calories aside from protein shakes, so I wouldn't be drinking that. Too many carbs and not nearly enough protein for the calories.
