W: on track.  I think I haven't been drinking enough which is making me think I'm hungry and I've been making bad choices.  I'm really working on this today.

peanut powder that has the fat removed -- add water and get a peanut butter type taste.  45 cals for 2 tablespoons.  you can get it on amazon and some grocery stores

I am a fellow Light and Fit addict!  I haven't found Boston Creme Pie, but I love salted caramel, toasted coconut vanilla, banana creme, strawberry cheesecake and then just plain strawberry with PB2 mixed in :)  Your menu looks delish, by the way!
