Good Weight Loss Books

I recently read "The Weight Loss Diaries" and just started reading "Half-Assed a Weight-Loss Memoir". So far I'm loving both of these books. I was just wondering if anyone else had read something that they found refreshing or inspiring? I'd love to have some books ready to keep me inspired during my recovery. Sometimes I even download audio books to listen to while I workout, clean the house or shower. I love my music but sometimes I'd rather just hear a book or curl up with one.

Awesome! I'll definitely have to order that. Thanks

I have not read it but just ordered it a couple of days ago.  Shrink Yourself.  Someone on another site recommended it.

Thanks so much. The cover of that book says break free from emotional eating for life. Seems like it may be a good book but I'm not really an emotional eater so I probably won't bother with that one. I have migraines and fibromyalgia so my triggers seem to be physical pain. Not every time since some migraines have the opposite affect but more often than not it helps. Learning to deal with the pain and discomfort in new ways will be one of my biggest obstacles. Not that I don't just eat for the simple pleasure of the taste sometimes but honestly I'm turned off to food when I'm overly stressed, emotional or angry. Thanks for that suggestion though.
