What would you do?

And I in no way think I'm a failure, I weighted 260, today I'm sitting here at 178 and a size 10/12 pants.  I just know its getting harder to stay this way no matter how hard I work at it and I'm afraid without the tool I will be 260 at some point.

But you're asserting that your SLEEVE is a failure because you haven't had the results you've hoped for after the revision.

Yes, that is true.

Perhaps those feelings of fear would be best addressed by a therapist instead of another surgery?

Just curious, but what does your average food day look like? I know YOU don't want diet/exercise food advice, but WE would like to help you in the least noninvasive way possible.  Also how tall are you, BMI? Just an FYI, the docs have plenty of $$$$ to gain from you, we have nothing and are truly here to help.

I eat clean healthy food, not processed.  I don't eat breakfast or if I do (on weekends) it's oatmeal I make on the stove myself (no instant)  Lunch is usually left overs, I make a lot of chili or white chicken chili in the winter and it warms up easily to take the next day to work.  For dinner this week I cooked a large ham that we have been heating up with salad or veggies for the sides. Sometimes baked potatoes but I cut them in half for me and 8 yr old son to split.   I still eat on a saucer and not a full size plate.  I snack on nuts or part skim cheese sticks and some fruit an apple or banana with some peanut butter for protein and I do CrossFit 3x a week and yoga on Sundays.

Okay. Are you tired of eating proteins or just the same thing over again? What makes you feel like the weight will creep back on you. Sometimes becoming fatigue with eating and exercise just may make you want to give up and just eat whatever. Have you thought about shaking things up? This may not be a popular idea, but what about weigh****chers? This can give you more "freedom" with everyday foods.

I think that because it has already started too.  I've even tried the 5 day pouch test and going back to liquid phase without any luck.

The "5 day pouch test" is a fad test with no proven benefit.

The point is that I have tried various things as opposed to jumping quickly to the idea of another surgery.
