If pictures don't lie, you must not read fashion magazines ;)
Everyone's sleeve is tighter immediately post-op due to swelling and such. The sleeve generally "matures" from < 1oz to 3-4 oz in the first six months or so as you heal. This is by design and not a sign of mechanical failure.

Actually my stomach is not much smaller than it used to be, I was banded so removing the band and now with my large bougie that has stretched significantly (I have one day post op and one year post op x-rays) my stomach is much larger than it was not originally of coarse but much larger than it was post band/pre sleeve.
Your stomach cannot possibly be larger now than it was BEFORE the sleeve. Not possible.

You did say exactly that. Read your quoted text above. You should explain better in the future.

" my stomach is much larger than it was not originally of coarse but much larger than it was post band/pre sleeve. " maybe you should read my quoted text again. It clearly says "NOT" originally of coarse but later than it was POST BAND/PRE SLEEVE. That means after my lapband surgery but before my sleeve surgery. The lapband of coarse meaning the amount of stomach left above the band.
Your stomache size does not change with the band. If you meant just the portion above the band, you should have said so in the first place.

Do you weight or measure your portions? Do you track every bite? Surgery is not magic. We have to do our part. I also get true physical hunger and can eat a TON but make a conscious choice not to most of the time. Even if you get re-sleeved you will have to watch what you eat.
