Good morning everyone! The scale is trying to play games with me these days. I'm working hard not to let it mess with me and I know that since I'm following my plan the results will show up on the scale at some point. I believe my body is starting to transition to its "normal" weight loss pattern. My overall trend is still a big loss so I have no real complaints.

I got to run outside today for the first time in forever and it was GLORIOUS. Aaaah. So wonderful. I forgot to switch my tracking to GPS though, so I have no idea how far I went. Bah.
My weight is all over the place right now and I'm not surprised. But.. I'm also not beating myself up. I'm doing the best I can and I know that what I'm seeing now is a result of last week when I was in the hospital with my dad and had very limited options for everything. So that's a nice feeling.
