Great job to everyone!! Stats are amazing!! it's just interesting to see the varying degrees of pounds but all relatively close.

I think month 3 was a slow one for me since I was stalled for most of it. Lost only 2 lbs , but, the following month I lost over 25 lbs.

Then, it stopped again. Right now, Im on a 5 day roll of a pound a day or more. I LOVE THOSE DAYS.

Its been a real stairstep affair for me, loose like mad, then stop, over and over. month 3 was the slowest month for me thus far.

Must have been an adjustment period or something. I began a workout program about that time, not sure if that slowed things down, but I really upped my water intake at that point.

The first few days of month 4 freaked me out, 3 and 4 lbs a day for like a week.

Now, I just focus on averages. My average daily loss is still nearly a pound, after 4 and a half months.

Your body will shed those pounds when its ready, not before.

Stay on track, follow the plan, and itll happen.

I can't find the post it I wrote it all down on!  I think I was at about 28 lbs the first month and then 15 pounds for the next 2 months and then it slowed down to 10 lbs for the next 3 months.  There abouts at least.

Loved reading this post! Makes me feel like I am on track with my weight loss. On the 21st it will be 2 months for me and I have only lost 6 pounds so far (I stalled for about a week and a half this month.) Sounds like you are doing great so far! Congrats on your success:)

Month 2: 15lb

Month 3: 11lb
