Hi Everyone! Just curious to know everyone's weight loss amount at 3 months out? So far it's been 10 pounds for me. I have another week to go but 10 pounds is not bad but definitely seeing a slight slower pace than months 1 and 2.

You got my curiosity, so I went back and checked.  I didn't have the exact dates on my health tracker, but it looks like it was between 9-11 lbs. for month 3 for me as well.

Sounds like you are doing great!! Losing 10 lbs for month 3 is still losing pretty fast. My stats are as follows: Month 1 = 25.1 lbs.  Month 2 = 6.8 lbs. Month 3 = 6.5 lbs.  So far month 4 = 3.3 lbs.  I know we are not suppose to compare, but I think it is fun, and I also think it is reassuring to slow losers that everyone is different. I was hoping to make it to onederland by St. Patrick's Day, but I don't think I'm quite going to make it!! The scale for me bounces up 2, down 2, up 1, down 2, for weeks!! LOL! You are doing fantastic!!! Keep it up!

I had my surgery about the same time as you.  I am at about 7 pounds down with a week to go until month 3 for me.  I have been up and down a pound for a week now. Hang in there

Hi..I had my surgery about the same time as you 12/15/14. I have been stuck like many up and down the same 1 to 2 lbs. but getting frustrated cause I'm like many waiting to see 199 lbs or lower...I'm very happy with my progress and feel great and wearing smaller clothes but its just a thing I guess we all go through this stalled period...Lucky those that don't....

my surgery was 12/22 and i've literally been in the SAME 1 to 2 lb loop for the last week too!! it's a relief to hear other****ting it in the same time frame. what's the best way to break a stall?

I lost about 10 pounds a month for the first 5-6 months, and I've been losing about 5 pounds a month since then.

Except this month.  I'll be happy if I end this month at the same place I started and not higher!
