So I'm a little excited. I have a doctors apt today & I haven't weighted myself since Jan. 12. I can't wait to see the movement!

Breakfast - salmon
Lunch1 - buffalo chicken with wheat thins - last serving - maybe I can cut the carbs now that the buffalo chicken is gone!
Lunch2 - crustless cheeseburger quiche - I just cooked this today. It smells soooo good.
Dinner - bacon cheese chicken - new recipe made with teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing - yum
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - weight training and recumbent bike

Another crazy day at work for me. On the plus side, it does make the day go by rather quickly.
B: Protein Shake
L: Green Chili Cheese Puff I fell into bad habits and ate lunch while also in work meetings. I ended up eating way too much of this. Mindful eating is so important for me.
S: way too full from lunch
D: I may just do a P3 on my way to work out tonight. I was going to make cook tonight but I'm so full from lunch that it doesn't sound appealing.
W & V: On track
E: Walked 2 miles this morning (in the rain even!) and have an exercise class tonight.
