One Year Update!
Kelly, you look amazing. Congratulations on an amazing year in all aspects of your life.
You can lose that last 5 pounds. I too have been struggling with my last 10 pounds. I am also 5 9" and have gone from a size 18 to a size 10. I found myself comfortable in that size and have slipped into maintenance mode. I have only lost 1 -2 pounds this past month so I started tracking everything again and buckling down and the scale started moving again.
I can't wait for spring and the snow to melt. Im in the Chicago area and we have had a long winter. I am an avid walker but never ran. I'm going to give it a try once the snow melts. Thanks for the inspiration.
Congratulations! You look fantastic! I'm with you on the running. I actually ran a lot years ago, and post-op I've been able to get back into it. I ran 4 miles yesterday and was doing fist bumps with the dog, I was so happy. :)
Thanks for your post. I love seeing the change in people. You should be so proud of yourself! :)
Wow stunning absolutely stunning. I just had RNY 4 days ago. I hope I'm half as successful as you have been in the last year. Great job working your tool, keep it up :-)
