Ok It finally is Wednesday -- I'm a bit messed up this wee****ep thinking we are one day ahead.

What's on the menu today?

B - chike

S - coffee & fage

L - chicken quinoa stir fry

S - yogurt, berries, string cheese, clementines

D - turkey burger w/ veg

S - apple & pb2

E - maybe stairmaster & yoga (no running this week b/c my foot is hurt :( )

W - on track

Went to zumba last night and fitbit said 17,000 steps yesterday - so why am I the same weight today??? I want instant gratification!!! LOL

B:  1/2 english muffin with 3/4 oz peanut butter and sliced bananas (this was heavenly)

S:  16 animal crackers

L:  open faced sandwich of  1/2 english muffin, turkey breast, slice alpine lace cheese and roasted red peppers

S:  chobani black cherry

D:  beef and veg stir fry

E:  it's going to be 44 here today, wooo hooo - I'm going outside to walk!

W:  working on it

I am still slacking at the exercise.  I need to get back into the groove.  On a positive note, though, I quit a job yesterday.  It was kind of a toxic environment, I have 5 jobs anyway, I wasn't make much, and now I'm going to have more time to dedicate to growing our business, so I feel pretty great about the decision.

L: leftover pot roast with a couple wheat thins

D: more leftover pot roast... probably with a couple bites of a baked potato

My new therapist counselor told me to add some crunch back to my diet. That was ok with Soy Nuts and Edamame but I had Peanuts yesterday and wham, did I get set off.

It has been a good minute since I have been on this site.  Busy with work and school and falling off the bandwagon, but I'm back on and staying on!. :(

B-crustless broccoli and cheese quiche and 4oz of milk

S: sliced cheese and lunch meat

L: Stuffed bell pepper with onions, mushrooms, turkey burger, and diced tomatoes (no sauce or rice)

S: Cucumbers and tomatoes

D: Grilled chicken leg and sauted spinach

S: Maybe low carb ice cream bar if I feel like it or a couple of pork rinds

The sun finally came out today so I was out first thing this morning to enjoy it.  It has been yucky here for the last week.  Another cold front hits this afternoon, Yuk!

Well we were supposed to be snowed in today, but so far only a little sleet and roads are fine.

B-maple brown sugar oatmeal made with milk, 3 turkey sausage links, coffee

L-leftover meatloaf and green beans

D-Chicken and broccoli with alfredo sauce (no pasta for me)

S-I'm reeeally hungry right now so I see a snack or two in my future.  I have a fruit cup, some greek yogurt I mixed with a banana and peanut butter and froze, or leftover pork tenderloin and kale and brussels sprouts.  Hmmmm

I exercised again today!!  I was so sore from yesterday but my treadmill work actually felt good.  Now I'm sitting and sore again.
