I agree with what others have posted. But I just want to add that potatoes, peas, and squash are starchy vegetables that are high in carbs. My dietitian suggests limiting them and opting for other vegetables instead.
You may want to consider avoiding the agave nectar. From what I've read, every tsp is equivalent to 4.7 grams of sugar and if you're using it without measuring that's going to add up very quickly. Take care and be sure to weigh & measure.
