Crustless Quiche Recipes?

I have seen on the "What are you eating today?" threads people posting Crustless Quiches. Are people just eating the filling and not the crust, or is this something that can be bought somewhere, or do you have a good recipe for it? Thanks. :-) Kay

You can make any quiche crustless just pour it in a greased pan and bake that way instead of putting a crust down first.
