I BROKE MY STALL!

Thank you all for the helpful tips when I asked how to break my stall. It turns out I wasn't getting in enough calories (400-600 daily). I increased my caloric intake and the stall broke after almost a month. So yay! Not really a question, just a great big thanks! :0)

I'm glad your stall broke, but eating MORE did NOT do it. After 4 weeks, your stall was going to beak anyway.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
