Hi AstridLee,

I find that eating Carbs triggers food cravings for me.  You might try keeping your carbs very low and see if the cravings subside.  If so, its worth staying low carb.  I find I have to white-knuckle it the first 3 days and then it gets much easier.

I hope cutting carbs will help.

best wishes,

Carol

I haven't tried therapy, but others think it is really invaluable.  That might be an option to help you feel more in control.

Question for all of you...  When you're talking about keeping it "low carb" - are you talking all carbs, or primarily processed carbs?  Does it matter?  Just curious, as I enjoy mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes occasionally, and I think I am having some carb hunger issues...

For me, a carb is a carb is a carb, no matter whether it come from a potato, a bean, or a cupcake.
