ONE-MONTH Surgiversary today! :-)
One month ago today I had my much-awaited VSG Surgery. As of today, I have lost 38.8 pounds as of today, 19.8 of that Pre-Op and 19 Post-Op. I also have several NSV's including inches lost, clothing sizes I have gone down, and best of all I can do walking exercise without the pain I had before I lost this weight. Whereas before I could not even think about doing any traveling that included much walking, we are now planning to go to Turkey May 2016.
So very thankful I had this surgery.
