To much Protein!

Everyone seems to get different information based on their programs, nutritionist, etc., but my NUT told me to shoot for 90-100 mg of protein daily and I still am doing that in maintenance.  During the weight loss phase, I was very strongly encouraged to NOT fall very far below 100.  But, of course, water is also encouraged so as to make sure to keep the kidneys flushed out.

Your NUT is out of his or her mind - 65 grams isn't "too much".  Most programs recommend 80 grams once you can get your consumption level up.  Even with that amount you are going to lose muscle mass during this process, it's inevitable.  But lowering your protein consumption is going to make it much, much worse.
