AND SO IT BEGINS...
Well officially 2 weeks to S-Day. My 2-week pre-op diet begins. I am glad that I have been "practicing" these past 2 weeks. I have goten into the habit of reading every label, checking on fitness pal how many nutrients (carbs, proteins, fats, sodium, calories) drinking at least 64 oz water on top of anything else I have to drink, drinking protein shakes, stocking up on the low carb stuff, etc. Whew, I AM READY!!!!
