STARVING this morning, for some reason... Ugh...

Sn - 1/4 cup cottage cheese & deli rollup (1oz roasted chicken, 1oz Havarti)
L - Roasted ham & twice baked sweet potato
Sn - lunch leftovers
D - protein shake (seems to work best after my workout)
Fluids - 48 down so far, pretty good!
Vit - morning, check! evening...
Ex - 30 min walk + 1 hr circuit training class @ gym

I did not stay on track this weekend so I my tummy feels yucky today. I am doing liquids today to reset... The consequences for my bad choices were far worse than the good taste of anything I ate! Lesson learned...Won't make that mistake again!
