Last week I impulse bought asparagus which is not bad but I was shopping at Costco sooo I have a LOT of asparagus.  I really wish I overate the asparagus instead of the junk and avoided the ****estorm.

I was feeling well enough today to eat some roast turkey lunch meat rolled around some steamed asparagus.   It was so good and made me feel so good.

I rolled some for lunch tomorrow and still have a lot left.

Sounds wonderful.  I love asparagus (and Costco) and can't wait to try it.  Fortunately my family loves it too so it won't be so hard to fini**** all.

Thanks for sharing.

That sounds so yummy! Add a slice of Swiss cheese and I might just be in heaven!

If you think you may not finish the asparagus, you can freeze it easily.  Trim, wash and dry. Then lay them flat and separate on a cookie sheet.  Freeze for and hour or so. Remove from sheet and store in a freezer baggie.

If you want to cover the cookie sheet with wax paper it's helpful but not necessary.

Thank you.   I wasn't sure if I could freeze some.

When I first got them,  I steamed some and put sautéed mushrooms and a fried egg on top.   That was really good.
