Strange day because I need to leave for my support group right from work and I decided I didn't like my first plan which I had prepared for Here is the latest plan

B: Kashi, Go-Lean Crisp, 1%milk coffee

L: Soup out

D: tuna melt with 3 triscuits

S: string cheese.

E: not yet

V: On track

W: On track

(Original plan called for a protein bar for dinner and a piece of string cheese for snack.)

I had to go to Arizona and then out of town with my son for a doctor appointment last week so my exercise routine has fallen off the wagon.   I need to get motivated again.
